Blog posts, articles, pages, and drafts
Images, media files, and assets
Localized versions and translations
Prompts and text used with AI features
We do not claim ownership of Your Content.

This license is limited to the purposes above and continues only for as long as Your Content is stored on our systems, subject to reasonable backup retention.

The nature, legality, and quality of Your Content
Ensuring you have all necessary rights and permissions to use and share Your Content
Ensuring Your Content does not infringe third-party rights (e.g., copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity)

We may remove or disable access to any content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, infringes third-party rights, or is otherwise unlawful.
5. AI & Automation Features
Content Tab includes AI-powered and automation features that may help you:
Generate or rewrite content
Suggest SEO improvements or structural changes
Generate or assist with images or other assets
You understand and agree that:
AI outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific use case.
AI-generated content is provided as a starting point or recommendation only.
You remain fully responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated or AI-assisted content before publishing or using it.
AI outputs must not be treated as professional advice (e.g., legal, medical, financial).
We may use third-party AI providers to deliver some of these features, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. AI Usage, Fair Use & Credit System
Content Tab uses a credit-based system and fair usage policy to manage AI-related resources.
6.1 AI Credits
Certain plans include a monthly or one-time allocation of AI credits.
Each AI action (for example: generating an article, rewriting content, translating text, or generating images) may consume credits based on type, length, or complexity.
When your included credits are used up, you may need to purchase additional AI credits or upgrade your plan to continue using AI features.
6.2 Fair Usage Policy
To protect the stability and quality of the Service, we apply a fair usage policy to AI features. We may:
Set soft or hard limits on the number of AI requests within a given period.
Monitor usage patterns to detect excessive, abusive, or automated use that negatively affects the Service or other users.
Temporarily restrict, slow down, or suspend access to AI features if we detect unusual spikes, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
We determine what constitutes fair use at our reasonable discretion, taking into account your plan type, typical usage patterns, and technical constraints.
6.3 Additional Charges
If you purchase extra AI credits, you agree to pay the fees displayed at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise required by law, AI credit purchases are non-refundable.
We may adjust AI credit pricing, credit consumption rules, or packages from time to time. Changes apply to future purchases, and where required, we will notify you in advance.
6.4 Expiry of Credits
AI credits may have an expiry date (for example, credits that reset monthly or expire after a particular period).
Any unused credits at the time of expiry may be forfeited and are not typically carried over, unless otherwise stated for a specific plan or promotion.
7. Subscriptions, Plans & Payments
Content Tab is offered on a subscription basis with different plans and features.
7.1 Subscription Plans
We may offer various plans (e.g., free, trial, and paid tiers) with different features, limits, and AI credit allocations. Details of each plan, including price and included features, will be displayed at the time of signup or upgrade.
7.2 Billing & Auto-Renewal
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually), as shown when you subscribe.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for your plan, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
By starting a subscription, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
7.3 Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us.
After cancellation, your access to paid features will generally continue until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account may be downgraded to a free or limited plan (if available).
Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partially used periods.
7.4 Free Trials & Promotions
We may offer free trials, discounts, or promotional periods at our discretion.
At the end of a free trial, your plan may convert to a paid subscription if you do not cancel, and your payment method will be charged the then-current price.
We may modify or withdraw promotional offers at any time.
7.5 Price Changes
We may change subscription prices from time to time.
If we change the price for your plan, we will notify you in advance when required by law. New prices will apply from the next billing cycle.
If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
7.6 Failed Payments
If a payment cannot be processed (for example, due to an expired card or insufficient funds), we may suspend or restrict access to paid features until payment is successfully completed.
We may attempt to reprocess failed payments within a reasonable period.
7.7 Taxes
Subscription fees may be subject to VAT, GST, or other applicable taxes. You are responsible for paying such taxes, excluding our income taxes.

Content Tab may integrate with or allow connections to third-party tools, SDKs, plugins, and services (“Third-Party Services”). You understand that:

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
17. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets or business.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Content Tab regarding your use of the Service.
